Until rank 11 is now in the hunt. The 44 points is the current edge. In this pace, the hunt edge may shrink 121 points in current table by the end of the season, which excludes all drivers but Alonso. This calculation in last grand prix did not exclude more than 6 drivers. Alonso is primarily reliable. However, in 2010, Vettel won the championship with 31 points gap from the lead in the 6 gps before the end, and he also retired in Korea; in 2012, Vettel has 29 points gap, so he has enough chances. Still cannot say anything about championship. But, one thing is certain that the championship possibility window is closing fast since the last gp.

By the way, my calculation estimates that the next gp may exclude 3 more drivers. Let's see.
And, Koreans, be joy! Now we can have 8 competitors in the grand prix.
